You will need to have your council tax account reference number and the exact name details of the council tax payer as they appear on your most recent bill. We will ask for your date of birth. This information is to verify the bank details are correct. You will be required to self-certify that on 1 April 2022, you were the liable Council Tax payer, and that you were living at the property on that date.
Applications which pass the eligibility check, and then pass the bank account verification check will have the £150 paid to their bank account. Applications which don't pass the bank account verification check will be contacted to request further information.
After you complete the application, you can expect to either receive payment, or receive further communication from us within 10 working days of submitting this form. This page will be updated if there is a likely to be any change in the process.
