We use your personal data so that we can provide the service that you have requested; and contact you in case of another query or an issue concerning the service you have requested.
By law we must provide the service you have requested under the Local Government Finance Act 1992 and the Council Tax (administration & enforcement) Regulations 1992.
We will hold your data for the purposes stated above for as long as is necessary. The data will be accessible to the Valuation Office Agency, Synertec (third party supplier for printing and mailing services); and enforcement agents to collect outstanding debts.
The data will be stored within the EEA. We will not disclose any personal information to any other third parties unless required to do so by law or for the purposes of prevention and detection of crime and/or fraud.
